Personnel Plus is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for a Maintenance Technician / Grounds Cleaner. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in maintaining clean and safe properties, and are looking for a great opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs
• Maintain clean, attractive, and safe grounds
• Landscaping, mowing, trimming, and seasonal upkeep
• Assist with property cleanliness and exterior maintenance
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely

Requirements:

• General maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must pass a federal background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay:

• Starting at $24.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
