TDL Staffing is seeking an experienced Grant Writer with a strong background in business development to support a growing organization in Fairbanks. This position plays a key role in identifying funding opportunities, preparing competitive grant proposals, and supporting organizational growth through strategic funding initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple grant projects while working collaboratively with leadership and program teams.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify public and private grant opportunities
- Write, edit, and submit grant proposals, applications, and supporting documentation
- Track submission deadlines, reporting requirements, and award timelines
- Work with leadership to develop funding strategies and business development goals
- Prepare budgets, narratives, and compliance documentation for grant applications
- Maintain organized records of grants, awards, and reporting obligations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous professional experience in grant writing
- Background in business development, fundraising, or organizational growth
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
Minimum Requirements
- Prior experience in grant writing and business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
