2026 Family Friendly Awards
Join the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce for the 2026 Family Friendly Workplace Awards, presented by Alaska Children's Trust and supported by Alaska 529, ThirvAlaska, Alyeska Pipeline, and The Law Office of William R Satterberg Jr.
This annual event recognizes businesses and organizations throughout Interior Alaska that are creating supportive, flexible, and family-friendly workplaces. Honorees are celebrated for the policies, benefits, programs, and workplace cultures that help employees succeed both professionally and personally.
Recognizing these employers helps highlight practices that strengthen employee retention, support working families, improve workplace culture, and contribute to a stronger Interior Alaska workforce.
We need your help identifying the workplaces that deserve to be recognized. Nominations are open through July 31!
